Thank you to all who signed up for the 2023 Readathon! We will be collecting pledge sheets and dollars at the Library the week of July 10 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. If you cannot return your sheet during that time, please contact us.
Sign up for our Read-a-thon and support the Hudson Area Public Library. Hudson is packed with some pretty fantastic book lovers and we are looking for readers of all ages to get some sponsors for every hour you read between now and July 4, 2023.
All readers who raise $25 will receive a small, stuffy as a “Thank You”.
Readers who raise $50 are entered to win four passes to Eagle Eye Farm to meet some fluffy friends such as llamas, alpacas, sheep, mini-highland cows, PLUS $100 in Hudson Chamber Checks!
How It Works:
Please register below for the Read-A-Thon, and we send you a form to collect sponsors for each hour you read.
Let your sponsors know your reading goal and report back what you accomplished by July 4, 2023.
Collect the funds you’ve raised and bring them to the Library the week of July 10 and get a prize if you raise $25!
Example Scenario:
Say you set a goal of reading 10 hours by July 4, 2021.
You find 5 people you know to pledge $2 per hour.
On July 6, you tell your sponsors that you reached your goal and you’ve just raised $100 to help the Library - that’s amazing! And now you get a llama AND you’re entered to win some awesome prizes!
